My EDGE project was a success. Leadership organizations across campus were able to add new students leaders to their teams for the school year. I was able to improve on my leadership skills and also develop new skills through this project. The event took countless hours of planning and preparing but in the end was successful with only a few minor hiccups. We were able to learn from our mistakes and fix them as the event progressed.
